These Terms of Service govern your use of Custom Blinds and Design's online booking pages and the appointment services scheduled through them. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
Booking & appointments
Appointment times you select are requests until confirmed by Custom Blinds and Design. We will communicate confirmations, changes, and reminders using the contact information you provide.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and service-address information. Inaccurate information may delay or prevent service.
Cancellations & rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment from the link in your confirmation messages up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Within 24 hours of the start time, please contact us directly.
Communications
By providing your phone number or email, you agree that Custom Blinds and Design may contact you about your appointments. SMS messages are sent only with your consent and can be stopped at any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Service
Services are provided by Custom Blinds and Design. Any warranties, guarantees, estimates, and payment terms are between you and Custom Blinds and Design and may be documented separately.
The online booking software is provided by Driive on behalf of the business; Driive is not a party to the service agreement between you and the business.
